The Newest Transfer Offer being offer by MAXIS is “FREE Internet Bill up to 6 Months!” You receive a WIFI 6 Router with every MAXIS internet service as well! However only UNIFI transfers to MAXIS are eligible for this transfer promotion.
The steps for switching from UNIFI to Maxis are as follows:
Step 1:
To contact our customer support, go to our website or Facebook page at www.WifiSpeedMalaysia.com. Your entire transferable address must be provide, and our customer service will assist you in determining Maxis Fiber coverage.
Step 2:
If you have chosen to switch to MAXIS, you must submit a transfer request (TR) application in the MAXIS system together with your most recent fibre bill and an image of your ID from the front and back.
Step 3:
You will get an email from MAXIS when WIFISPEEDMALAYSIA submits the transfer request application. You must then present this email to the UNIFI customer care centre within 7 days and ask to “Transfer Service” rather than have your account terminate. Please be aware that you shouldn’t give up your present equipment until MAXIS installation is complete.
Step 4:
Following that, you must wait for UNIFI to approve your transfer request within 10 working days. You will receive an email confirming your acceptance, and WIFISPEEDMALAYSIA will assist you in moving forward with Maxis Fiber installation as soon as possible.
Step 5:
You will receive 3 months of FREE service for packages of 30MBPS or 6 months of FREE service for packages of 100MBPS to 300MBPS when Maxis Fiber installation is complete.
